Quality data is crucial for ensuring the insights that businesses and organizations rely on are reliable. As the threat to data quality continues to rise, it is essential that clients, agencies and sample providers are working together to ensure the highest quality data. In this interactive session, Greg Matheson, Chair of the CRIC Online Research Committee and Margaret Brigley, CRIC Vice Chair and Chair of the CRIC Standards Committee will review the ongoing and emerging risks to data quality. They will also introduce the Clients’ Guide to Data Quality in Online Research. The guide was designed to increase clients’ understanding of the online research process from sample selection to fieldwork and to help clients make decisions that result in high quality data. The guide is CRIC’s first contribution the Global Data Qualitative, a global alliance to champion data quality in market research. Anyone who conducts, commissions or relies on online research will not want to miss this session.
