Director of Strategy, Church + State
Fascinated by human behaviour and always in the pursuit of a good insight (not to be confused with a statistic!), Ophelie (call her O) is the Director of Strategy at Church+State. With a background in journalism, Ophelie has worked on several different ends of the content ecosystem. For her, the best stories are the one that allow us to see ourselves within them and ultimately inspire us to act. With experience in both leading the development of campaigns and crafting the framework behind them, Ophelie has worked with Walmart Canada, DoorDash Canada, Meridian Credit Union, CAMH, Action Against Hunger, Centennial College, Scouts Canada and more.

Join Ophelie Zalcmanis-Lai, Church + State Director of Strategy, and Steve Mast, Chief Product Officer at Sago, as they share key learning from a recent pilot and uncover how this technology can change the way we see insights and look at innovation.
