Speaker Registration

As a speaker do I need to register for the event?
If your outline is accepted by the conference committee, our events team will register you for the full conference if you are a CRIC, CAIP or ESOMAR member. If you are from a client company, you will be registered for the full conference regardless of your membership status. If you have submitted with multiple presenters, we will need to know who will attend and who will present (max. two presenters).
 
What is the registration policy for co-presenters?
If you are work at a CRIC company, a CAIP or an ESOMAR member:

• presenting alone, your registration fee for the full 2-day conference is waived.
• If both presenters are research providers and members of CRIC, CAIP or ESOMAR, we will waive one fee.
• If one presenter is a provider and the other a client, we will waive both fees.
• If both presenters are clients, regardless of membership status, both will be waived.

For any speakers paying, the fee is calculated using the early-bird fee for members.
 
Am I responsible for booking my own transportation and accommodation?
Yes, speakers and delegates are responsible for booking their own transportation and accommodation for the event. To help defray the costs, we have negotiated special rates for delegates (speakers included).
